Tutu Craze...

Ever since I saw Tutu's and seeing that it is a thing now especially in photo shoots, I always wanted to know how to make a Tutu.  So after endless search I came across two sites and wow this is very easy to make.  But, to my surprise Tutu's don't stop as just a skirt, it can be even a dress.  I provided two links that you can look and follow the directions...it is very detailed and she even gives a list on what you need.  What a way to start making some Halloween Costumes for the little princesses in your life!  Well, off to Michaels or Jo-Ann I come and if you have coupons even a better deal and that is "JUST MY 2 CENTS!"
